Real Estate Development Projects Underway

July 2008

The WCBC Board of Directors recently adopted a work plan for the Business Center and has prioritized several real estate development and/or redevelopment projects. Most notable projects from the work plan include the completion of the Arcade Business Park, redevelopment of the former A & A Metal Fabricating site in Perry and redevelopment of the former Broeder Machine building in South Warsaw.
The Board has reasoned that in order to improve our County’s economic viability we need to be developing and/or redeveloping sites and buildings that can be marketed for business expansion and attraction opportunities. The Business Center will be partnering with Wyoming County and the IDA to implement the work plan.
